i have been told that i have mono thats been reactivated, what are my limits? Can i workout, they said I am not contagious.
What about diet and alcohol?

Sharon mustn't you alcohol, you must be on a diet. Workout no plus or little physically demanding. If aren't infectious thus when after you somebody possibly will drink, so him don't infect.
